How does O-Generator work?

How does O-Instructor work?

O-Instructor is a virtual music teacher built into O-Generator. It facilitates the lesson. It guides students through different musical steps, explaining musical terms and compositional techniques.

USING THE O-INSTRUCTOR
After each task you will need to click on the ‘CONTINUE’ button. The audio-instructor pauses automatically to allow you to complete a task. On completion of the task you press ‘CONTINUE’. If you miss a task you can take a step back by using the ‘BACK STEP’ button.

You will need shockwave (MAC) (PC) to play these online versions.

 

Sample lesson 1 - IN THE BEGINNING

This is a Step-by Step guide to putting a drum pattern together. It is a sample of the simplest lesson. Other lessons go on to explore rhythm, melody, harmony and songwriting.
